Taibhsearachd means 'second sight' in Gaelic. This blog is a vehicle for me to take a second look at events and people around me, and give second thought to the way I live my life.

I hope MAD is still around when my kids are old enough to take the program. I wish it had been around when I was in high school.

I've met a fair number of kids in the MAD programme over the past decade or so, and it sure looks like a winner to me. A lot of them are kids who clearly weren't fitting into the regular school system, and this gives them a creative outlet that seems to affect their whole outlook. I hope it works for Jamie as well.
