Puttering

It was a morning of puttering about in the garden. I set up a water fountain (primarily for the birds that frequent our feeders but also because I love the sound of running water in a garden). Even before I had finished filling it, two birds came by to have a drink, so I guess it has their seal of approval.

This still needs some landscaping work, and I need to find a way of hiding the bright red power chord, but even as it is, the birds are giving it a thumbs up.

  1. The garden is looking transformed from when I saw it last! That was when there wasn’t even a veg garden. I’d love to see which birds show up for a bath.
